Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hirz. By creating an account you agree to them. Hirz is a tool that helps you find jobs and prepare and send applications; you remain responsible for what you send.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to work in the roles you apply to; Hirz does not verify work eligibility.
Acceptable use
- Only submit information that is true and yours to submit.
- Do not use Hirz to spam employers or to misrepresent your experience.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Applications sent on your behalf
When you enable sending, Hirz can submit applications through supported channels. Email applications are sent automatically only when they clear our safety gates (including a match-quality threshold and a truthfulness check on every generated document). Other channels are prepared for you to submit yourself. You are responsible for reviewing what is sent; you can pause the agent at any time, and once paused nothing new is sent.
AI-generated content
Documents are generated from the facts in your profile and are checked so they do not assert experience you have not entered. AI can still make mistakes: review every document before it is sent. You are responsible for the final content of your applications.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed through Paddle on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (matches and applications per cycle) are described at checkout and in the app. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Hirz available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app.
Disclaimer and liability
Hirz is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
