Hirz is built so you stay in control of your data. This page summarizes your rights; the Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Access and portability
You can export everything Hirz holds about you as a single file at any time, from Settings → Export your data. The download link is private and expires after seven days.
Erasure
You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings. Deletion runs after a 48-hour grace window (so an accidental request can be cancelled), then permanently removes your profile, documents, applications, and files. We keep only what the law requires and a minimal, non-identifying record that the deletion was completed.
Rectification
Every profile item is editable or removable directly in the app, so you can correct your data at any time without a request.
How your data is processed
Your data is used only to run the service, is never sold, and is not used to train models. Our language-model provider is accessed with zero data retention configured. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of processors.
