Pick Jobscan if
- You have a shortlist of roles you want badly and you want to sharpen one resume per role by hand.
- You want a second opinion on a document you wrote, not a document written for you.
- Your problem is conversion on a small number of applications, not volume.
Pick Hirz if
- You do not yet have the shortlist, and building it is the slow part.
- You want the tailored draft produced rather than scored after you write it.
- You are applying often enough that per-job manual optimisation is not realistic.
Can you use both?
