LazyApply is a bulk auto-apply bot. Hirz is an AI job-search agent. They overlap less than the category listings suggest, so the useful question is not which is better but which half of the problem is costing you time.
What LazyApply does
LazyApply automates submitting applications at high volume. Its plans are sold by how many applications a day the bot may send, and it answers screening questions on your behalf as it goes. The bet is that enough applications will find something.

Can you use both?
Yes, and for LazyApply in particular that is a reasonable setup rather than a cop-out. They sit at different points in the same process, so using one does not waste the other. Both have a free tier, so trying that costs nothing but the evening.
