Which live jobs actually fit you?

Give it your CV. It searches jobs that are open right now, scores each against your experience, and tells you in one line why. Every match links straight to the employer.

Your CV

  • Free, no account
  • Your CV is never stored
  • Real, live postings
How it works

Three steps, and you can see all of them

  1. 01

    It reads your CV

Your experience becomes a set of roles, skills and a seniority level. We show you that reading before the results, so a bad one is obvious rather than mysterious.

  2. 02

    It searches live postings

Against jobs currently open, gathered from company job boards and public sources. Closed and expired postings are not searched, because a perfect match you cannot apply to is worth nothing.

  3. 03

It scores each one against you

Every posting on the shortlist is judged against your actual CV, and each result carries one line saying what in your experience supports it. If a reason reads as generic, distrust the score.

What this is honest about

It searches open jobs only

Sites advertising millions of listings are counting ones that closed months ago. A match you cannot apply to is worth nothing, so expired postings are not searched at all. The number you see is smaller and every one of them is real.

Coverage is uneven by field

The index is built from company job boards and public sources, and it is broader in some professions than others. If your field is thinly covered you will see few results, and the page says so rather than padding the list with near-misses.

The score depends on the reading

Everything rests on what we understood your CV to be, so that reading is printed above your results rather than hidden. If the roles listed there are wrong, the shortlist came from the wrong place and the scores mean little.

Questions

Do I need an account?
No, and nothing is hidden behind one. Every match you see is complete, with a link straight to the employer's posting. An account is for the work rather than the facts: having this search run by itself every day, and having the CV and cover letter drafted for the jobs worth applying to.
Where do the jobs come from?
Company job boards and public job sources, gathered continuously. We link to the original posting rather than reproducing it, so you always apply on the employer's own page and see whatever they have changed since we indexed it.
Why did it find so few?
Two honest reasons. Our index does not cover every field evenly, so some professions have thin coverage. And it only holds postings that are open right now, which is a much smaller number than any site advertising millions of jobs. We would rather show you six real ones than six hundred closed ones.
Why is a job I would obviously be good at missing?
Most often the search read your CV differently than you would. Check the roles we listed at the top of your results: if they are wrong, the shortlist was drawn from the wrong place. A CV that states the role it is aiming for, in the words a job board would use, matches far better.
Do you keep my CV?
No. It is read into memory, matched, and thrown away in the same request. It is never written to our database, never attached to an email address, and never used to train anything.
